Returns

Due to the nature of cosmetic and skincare products, we do not accept returns on opened, used, or tampered products for hygiene and safety reasons.

Returns are only accepted if:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery

  • The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging

All return requests must be reported within 7 days of receiving your order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, faulty, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos or videos showing the issue

Once verified, we will offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed:

  • To the original payment method

  • Within 7–10 working days after approval

Please note:

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • Refunds will not be issued for dissatisfaction due to personal reactions or allergies, as skin responses vary

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If eligible, a refund will be processed and you may place a new order.

Allergies & Skin Sensitivity

We strongly recommend performing a patch test before using any skincare product. Amukelani Bohlale cannot be held responsible for adverse reactions resulting from individual sensitivities.

Sale & Promotional Items

Items purchased during sales, promotions, or clearance are non-refundable unless faulty or damaged.
