We use The Courier Guy as our primary courier service provider to ensure reliable and secure delivery across South Africa.

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 24–48 hours (working days) after payment confirmation

  • Processing times may vary during peak periods, promotions, or high order volumes

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day

Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

  • Major cities & metropolitan areas: 1–3 working days

  • Outlying / regional areas: 2–5 working days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control, including courier delays, weather conditions, or incorrect delivery details.

Shipping Fees

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the error occurred on our side

Tracking Information

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS to monitor your delivery through The Courier Guy.

Delivery Responsibility

Please ensure that:

  • The delivery address provided is accurate and complete

  • Someone is available to receive the parcel at the delivery address

Amukelani Bohlale is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or losses resulting from incorrect address details provided by the customer.

Damaged or Missing Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged or items are missing, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos or videos of the packaging and items

We will liaise with The Courier Guy to investigate and resolve the matter accordingly.

Unsuccessful Deliveries

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to customer unavailability or incorrect information:

  • The courier may charge an additional delivery or return fee

  • Any re-delivery costs will be for the customer’s account

International Shipping

At this time, Amukelani Bohlale ships within South Africa only. International shipping options may be introduced in the future.
